Well, we did it...we made it to Will's first birthday!! It has been a WONDERFUL year!! I can't remember a year when I have been more tired, yet happier!! Will has added so much joy, happiness, laughter, and love to our family. We feel so blessed that God chose us to be his parents!! We had an AWESOME birthday partyyesterday. Will had so many friends and family there to celebrate this special day with him. Here are a few pictures from the day.
Shortly after the party, Will and I packed up the van, picked Meme, Aunt Beth, and Kate up and we headed to Birmingham for Meme's family reunion that was today. It was a LONG day yesterday, and an even longer day today!! Here are Will and Kate this morning on the way to the reunion...haha...a little sleepy.
On the way home, we were following tornadoes most of the way. We made several stops along I-20 due to the weather. The picture of Will in the high chair in the green outfit is at McDonald's. He got his first McDonald's chicken nugget tonight...he loved it. :)
So, there you have it...Will's first year!! What a wonderful and joyous year it has been. I look forward to what this next year of life holds for all of our family!!!
