Funny little guy...

Earlier this week I had to take Will to see the doctor. He has a double ear infection...poor little guy. He seems to be feeling a little better now, but he has a horrible cough and a runny nose still. This morning as it was time to leave to get to a bridal shower, I was rushing to get Will ready to leave. I told him, "we have to get dressed and leave quickly..." He ran and "hid" from me...his new game. Can you see him???

...I think I might see something on the couch...do you???
Oh...there you are, Will. I couldn't find you for a minute!! Okay, so we were running late, but not too late to not snap a few pictures.

While I was at the shower, Brad, Zack, and Rick took Will and Kate to Monkey Joe's to play. They had a great time. Then they came back and Will and Kate at lunch at Aunt Renee's house with all the leftover shower food! After naps, we went to Meme and Poppi's house for an egg hunt. Here are Kate and Will after the egg hunt...
Look how serious he is with finding his eggs...has one in his hand, but his eye on his next victim!!
He definitely knew what to do this year...get the most. Haha!
And here's the loot...they kept falling out of his basket...next year he needs a bigger one!

Kiss Me I'm Irish!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I bought this shirt for Will to wear last year, and for some reason, he didn't. I found it and it actually fit him still, so he is sporting it today! Mama was home from work resting yesterday and today Mama and Will are home together...Ms. Jackie is sick, so we are having a Mama/son day! :)
This morning, Will pulled the strawberries out of the fridge. He came walking up to me with a big one in hand and said, "yummy." He had some with breakfast and lunch...now that nice white shirt has strawberry stains on it. Oh well! :)

See this yummy strawberry??
And then of course, it was back to his favorite fruit...the banana!

Our little monkey

Last week Tiffany and I met up to take Will and Hayes to a place called Monkey Joes. It is a big indoor play area that has all kinds of blow up jumpy toys. I knew Will would love it since he absolutely had a blast at the ones at the church Fall Festival. Before our friends got there, Will and I were the only ones in the for about 10 minutes. He had a ball...so much fun that I think we will be having his birthday party there!! Here are some shots from his monkey fun...

This is the best shot I could get from outside the net...he was climbing this ladder and about to throw himself down the big slide. He must have done this 12-15 times.
He loved crawling over, under, and all around the obstacles!!

Just look at that face...he didn't stop!!

And then last week I had to make a cake...I thought this one turned out really cute!! What do you think?
