Will's turn to show off...

Will started bringing out some letters tonight, and to our amazement, he began spelling words...real words. I had to get him on video reading these words. Sorry, the lighting is bad, but you'll be able to see some. Also, some of the words at the end he was making up, I think. Haha!

Daniel showing off...

I got a little clip of Daniel showing off before bed tonight. Please excuse my voice...it is trying to come back!

He's a hard working man...

Before going downtown to meet Daddy yesterday, we made a pit stop at Granddad's office. Granddad wanted to get some pictures of Daniel sitting at his desk...look how cute!
"Yes, I am now a working man, and this is my desk!"
"I'll punch the numbers for you, Granddad!"
"Yes, I do believe THIS is how much we will be making this year!"

I love them!

The boys went and spent the night with Nana and Granddad last night so that Mama and Daddy could go see The Hunger Games! I met them halfway this morning to pick the boys up. This is what I saw when I pulled in to the Publix parking lot...
 Sweet brothers!!!
On the way home, Will told me I needed to get one of those roof things in my car. Haha!
Dad also told me that after their bath last night, Daniel was running around naked for a few minutes. He stopped playing, ran in the bathroom, stood in front of the toilet, and peed on the floor. He has been watching his brother going to the bathroom, so maybe he will want to give potty training a try sometime sooner than I had figured he would!

We belong in the Zoo!

Today was our first day of spring break! We slept in a little, hung out at home for a little while, and then headed downtown to meet up with Daddy. We went to the CNN Center where Daddy works and talked with a few of his friends, and then we had a nice family Chick-fil-A lunch. After that, it was time to head to the Zoo. Here is a cute picture of Will in a big bird's nest. I tried to get one of him and Daniel together, but that wasn't happening!
Will also enjoyed looking at the Kimodo Dragon!
I think Daniel's favorite exhibit was the gorillas. He yelled something and was waving at them. It was pretty cute. Here he is on the way home. He was literally in this position before the car turned out of the parking lot!! We had a very fun family time at the Zoo!

Our Home Day

On Monday, the kids stayed home with Meme and Poppi. They had both had a rough weekend, and they were both running fevers. They went to see Dr. Elder, and he confirmed that Will had an ear infection, and Daniel had a double ear infection. I started getting sick Tuesday, so I left work early to get checked out. Nothing was wrong with me but drainage, but I felt bad, so I took Wednesday off work. Will was feeling great, so Daddy took him to Jackie's house for a normal day. This is who I got to stay home with....and this was him the first 2 1/2 hours of the day...still miserable, still cranky, still hurting...
Then his pain meds kicked in, and he was happy for about 20 minutes. Haha! He also got a little bit of an appetite. I kept telling him to smile so we could send a picture to Daddy...but I think he thought Mickey Mouse Clubhouse was more enjoyable.
But then he remembered that he likes to show Daddy what he's eating....Cheerios for Daddy!!!
Thankfully, I called Dr. Elder, and he decided it would be best to change his medication. After one dose, and about an hour wait, he ate ALL of his dinner, played while I bathed him, and was SO happy!! When we saw Daddy come down the driveway, he ran to the door and was banging on the window yelling "Da-da!!!" This was a shot Brad grabbed of him when he came walking up!!! Too sweet!

Poor little ones!

The boys aren't feeling too well today. Will has been complaining of a sore throat and an ear ache, and Daniel's allergies are really bad lately. They both have been running slight fevers, too! So, it's Meme and Poppi to the rescue...they are kind enough to come up and take care of them and take them in to the doctor tomorrow! I hate it when they feel bad!!
